NUBSI contracting is A Dubai based pipeline Construction Company, promising ontime delivery with a special focus on integrity, safety and quality standards. NUBSI is a newly launched contractor for pipeline and Process Plants in the Oil and Gas sector.

The company comprises of an expert and competent team with more than 30 years of experience in pipeline construction, civil works and electrical instrumentation (E&l) works.

Mr Syed Inshad has founded the company based on his 35 years of rich experience in the field of oil and gas, pipeline construction. Prior to this, he has worked on major cross country pipeline projects with reputed contractors like Kuwait Oil Co., McConnell Dowell, Robt Stone and with clients such as ADCO, GASCO, TAKREER and DOLPHIN ENERGY. His vision is to use his past experience along with a team of competent personnel to make the company one of the leading contractors for Oil and Gas pipeline construction in the region.

- 10" Jet Fuel Pipeline ROW and Berm Construction - EPPCO, Dubai

Civil and Structural works

Execution of Civil and Structural works along with all mechanical works. Earth works for pipeline construction, PRS, concrete and structural steel supports along with control room buildings, fencing, Berm construction and all related works.

Fabrication works

Fabrication works of the following according to the API & ASME standards & with the required certifications.
   Pre-fabrication of all piping spools
   Pipeline equipment
   All types of structural works

Fiber Optic

Fiber optic cable laying, Splicing & testing along with pipeline
   Erection and Commissioning Passively Cooled Shelters.
   Calibration, hook-up, glanding & termination of instruments at Sectionalizing Valve (SV) Stations.
   Installation of WHCP
   Functional testing and commissioning of all type E&l equipment

HDD/NDRC works

We are well experienced in all type of crossing including HDD, micro tunneling and all other types of latest technologies.

we are aware of ADNOC and ENOC requirements to perform drillings. Electrical, Instrumentation and Telecom works NUBSI provides solutions in E&I works for process plants and infrastructure projects including following services.

Hot Tapping works

NUBSI carries out Hot Tap works on all types of pipelines including new and live lines. All hot tap works will be carried out with highly qualified and experienced hot tap welders, supervisors, Quality control and HSE personnel.
